We are seeking a talented Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for owning the development, design, and rollout of the Wiseful software platform. You’ll work directly with the founders to plan, build, and scale the product roadmap and will have an opportunity to lead our engineering organization as one of its founding engineers!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Front-End & Back-End JavaScript development using modern frameworks (React, NodeJS, Express, MySQL)
• Owning features from the idea phase through to production
• Build, ship, and maintain core features, end to end
• Maintaining high quality and nimble codebase
• Collaborating with other engineers, designers, and the founders

Qualifications

• Someone considered a "software engineering generalist" with a focus on the user experience
• Proven track record in frontend and backend JavaScript development
• Entrepreneurial mindset - we’re an early-stage startup so we’re not just looking for someone to follow directions. We value your creativity and want you to help build our product and play a role in crafting the company’s technology vision.
• Knowledge of web technologies and large-scale web application architecture
• Passionate about the space we’re building in: Future of Work, Recruiting, Creator Economy, HRTech
